1. Overview

Vance Global Consulting LLC ("Vance Global Consulting," "we," "us") is an Arizona limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information in connection with VGC Assistant, the AI personal assistant described at assistant.vgc.agency, including its text messaging program operated from +1 480-393-4743. 2. Information we collect

When you use the opt-in form on this site, we collect your name, mobile number, your SMS consent choice, the date and time of your submission, the disclosure presented to you, your IP address and your browser user agent. When you text the program number, we collect your mobile number, the content of your messages, and related messaging records. When VGC Assistant places calls on Tim Vance's behalf, call records, summaries and transcripts are kept so the results can be reported back to Tim.

Please do not text Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords or other highly sensitive information.

3. How we use information

• To send the categories of messages you opted in to: assistant task updates, confirmations, call summaries and conversational replies
• To respond to HELP requests and process STOP (opt-out) requests
• To maintain consent records and comply with messaging laws and carrier requirements
• To operate, secure and improve VGC Assistant

4. SMS privacy and consent data

Mobile information is not shared for marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors and service providers that support delivery of our messaging program (such as our messaging carrier and hosting providers) and are contractually restricted from using it for unrelated purposes.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Messages from VGC Assistant include assistant task updates, confirmations, call summaries (which may include a link to a call transcript) and conversational replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt in, submit the form at assistant.vgc.agency with the consent box checked, or text START to +1 480-393-4743. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. 5. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that support our operations, including hosting, telephony and messaging carriers, workflow automation and email, solely to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights or safety. We do not sell personal information.

6. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, or to stop communications, by emailing tim@vancegc.com. You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

7. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including maintaining consent records and satisfying legal obligations.

8. Children

VGC Assistant is not directed to children, and the messaging program is intended for recipients who are at least 18 years old.

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new "Last updated" date.
